We hope to have all of the pages in Spanish as well before you receive the next Bulletin. The number of reporters was increased by 12 in August, as we did a training with some of the participants in the International Leadership Training Programme of the UNESCO Chair and Institute of Comparative Human Rights at the University of Connecticut (USA).
